The customer assumes all risks in the purchase of there product.

A: We suggest that when the brace arrives, keep all packing material intact.  Try the brace on around the house to see if it fits properly.  We do our best to provide you with accurate measurements for the correct size brace, but everyone is different.  Please make sure that your measurements are correct before ordering your brace. If the brace does not fit, please call us as soon as you receive the brace and we will exchange it.  The customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved in the exchange of the brace, unless it is due to an error by our company. Please review our returns and exchange policy fully before purchasing your brace.

1) There are thousands of people who visit our site every day not only to purchase products from us, but enjoy the educational information we provide them (unlike many generic sites).  As we continue to expand,  we will be adding more features and products for you medical needs. 6) Beware of brace products being sold on auction sites. These are usually used or reconditioned braces.  There will be no warranty if the brace is defective.

A: Yes, we ship daily to Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Japan and other countries.  We ship our products to APO and FPO's in Iraq, Afghanistan and other countries where our serviceman/servicewomen are stationed. We offer a military discount on all military orders of any amount.

We suggest that you email us with your request to purchase a product before you order, to determine the best method of shipping to your country. All duties and additional shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Most overseas orders are shipped via USPS Global express mail.  It usually takes between 5-10 days depending on the country and customs delays.
